Each year, the Conference is one of the defining experiences for members of Leadership 100 — a chance to step away from the demands of daily life and reconnect with the people and purpose that make this organization so special.
Our 36th Annual Leadership 100 Conference will take place February 25–28, 2027, at the iconic The Boca Raton Resort in Boca Raton, Florida.
The 2027 Conference will also provide an important opportunity to reflect on the future of Orthodoxy and Hellenism in America and the role Leadership 100 and its members can play in strengthening both for generations to come.
Member registration opens October 1, so please watch for registration materials in the mail and via our website at L100.org.

A Conference Designed for the Entire Family
One of the most special aspects of the Leadership 100 Conference is the opportunity to experience it together as a family.
Children ages 4–12 will enjoy dedicated programming through The Banyan Bunch Kids Club, featuring supervised, age-appropriate activities designed to strengthen their connection to the Orthodox Faith, Hellenic heritage, leadership and service, all while creating friendships with children from across the country.
For teens ages 12–17, Leadership 100 is introducing enhanced programming this year, including a special session with His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros, a leadership fireside conversation with accomplished Leadership 100 members, and social opportunities designed to help teens build meaningful friendships and their own Leadership 100 network.
Fellowship, Tradition and Fun
Throughout the weekend, members will have countless opportunities to reconnect with longtime friends and welcome new ones. Signature events include the Opening Breakfast, Welcome Reception, Hellenic Glendi, 15th Annual Walk/Run, golf, tennis and pickleball tournaments, the elegant Black-Tie Grand Banquet and an After Hours Social.
The weekend will conclude on Sunday morning with a Hierarchical Divine Liturgy at St. Mark Greek Orthodox Church, bringing the Leadership 100 family together in worship before returning home.
