The Authentic Athens Marathon

On November 11th, 2018, Lee Ann and George Anderson, members of Leadership 100, completed The Authentic Athens Marathon. The couple power-walked the 26.2-mile course originally run by Pheidippides to announce the victory of the Battle of Marathon to the Athenians. Lee Ann and George were part of a group of friends that participated in the Marathon to support and raise funds for the Benaki Museum in Athens.
