Seminarians Visit L100
Some 21 Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology seniors visited the Leadership 100 offices in the Olympic Tower in New York City on April 2 as part of their annual Archdiocesan Seminar. Of those, three were deacons, Dn. Thomas Guerry, Dn. Jason Roll and Dn. Phillip Philemon Patitsas and three women Master of Divinity candidates planning to work within the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese, Mindy Brand, Elizabeth Nichols and Priscilla Callos.
The group also visited or heard presentations from St. Vladimir’s Theological Seminary, the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese, Faith: An Endowment for Orthodoxy & Hellenism, Annunciation Church, St. Michael’s Home, St. Basil Academy & Center for Family Care, Holy Trinity Cathedral, the Archons of the Ecumenical Patriarchate, National Philoptochos and St. Nicholas Church in Flushing, NY.
Paulette Poulos, Executive Director (Interim) of Leadership 100 hosted the group who heard presentations on the mission of Leadership 100. The Seminarians attending included Christos Kanakis, Andrew Lentz, Constantine Ursache, Nebojsa Pantic, George Scarmoutzos, Andrew Aliferakis, Allan Boyd, Sokratis Dimitriades, Aristides Garinis, George Lamberis, George Livaditis, Theodore Pritsis, Christos Kostouros, Vasilios Louros and Christopher Xanthos.
