Leadership 100 Conference Keynote Speaker

The Leadership 100 family will gather once again for one of the most anticipated events of the year when the 36th Annual Leadership 100 Conference takes place February 25–28, 2027, at The Boca Raton in Boca Raton, Florida. More than an annual meeting, the Conference is an opportunity for members and families from across the country to reconnect, deepen friendships and reflect together on the future of Orthodoxy and Hellenism in America.

We are pleased to announce that Paulette Poulos will serve as a keynote speaker at the 2027 Leadership 100 Conference.

For decades, Paulette has been a devoted servant of the Greek Orthodox Church and one of the most recognizable and respected leaders within the Leadership 100 family. Her keynote address will offer members an opportunity to hear from someone whose life and career have been deeply intertwined with the growth, mission and impact of Leadership 100.

Paulette’s service to Leadership 100 has been marked by an extraordinary commitment to its members and to the ministries of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America. During her tenure as Executive Director, she helped guide the organization through years of meaningful growth, strengthening relationships across generations while advancing Leadership 100’s philanthropic mission.

Her work has always been rooted in something deeper than organizational leadership. Paulette has approached her service as a ministry — building relationships, welcoming new members, supporting longtime friends of Leadership 100 and helping connect the generosity of its members with ministries that strengthen the Church for generations to come.

That spirit of connection has made her a beloved presence throughout the organization. For many members, Paulette has been not only a leader, but also a trusted friend and a constant source of encouragement. Her remarkable knowledge of the Church, its people and its history, together with her warmth and dedication, has helped shape the culture of Leadership 100 and the sense of community that continues to distinguish the organization today.

Her keynote at the 2027 Conference will be especially meaningful as Leadership 100 looks toward the future while honoring the people and values that have brought the organization to where it is today. As new generations become more involved in Leadership 100, Paulette’s perspective offers an important reminder that philanthropy is about far more than financial support. It is about stewardship, relationships, faith and a shared responsibility to preserve and strengthen the Church.

The annual Leadership 100 Conference has long provided members with the opportunity to reconnect with friends, deepen their faith and hear inspiring voices from across the Church and the broader community. Paulette’s participation will add a particularly personal dimension to this year’s gathering.

Her story is, in many ways, part of the story of Leadership 100 itself — one of faith, service, generosity and an unwavering belief in what can be accomplished when people come together around a common purpose.

Members attending the February conference can look forward to a keynote filled with reflection, gratitude and perspective from a leader who has dedicated so much of her life to serving the Church and the Leadership 100 community.

We look forward to welcoming Paulette Poulos to the stage in Boca Raton and celebrating her remarkable legacy of service alongside the Leadership 100 family.

Whether you are a longtime attendee or will be joining us for the first time, the Annual Conference offers a unique opportunity to experience Leadership 100 beyond its philanthropy - to see firsthand the community, relationships and shared purpose that make its mission possible.
