Gus Perdikakis Recognized as one of Cincinnati 300 Most Powerful Business Leaders

Gus G. Perdikakis, longtime member of Leadership 100 with his wife, Jo Ann, with whom he founded Gus Perdikakis Associates, Inc., has been recognized as one of the Cincinnati 300 Most Powerful Business Leaders in October 2021, for the third year in the category of Professional Services.

Cincinnati 300 is a compilation of the city’s top 300 business leaders—the most influential, most powerful, and most impactful forces shaping Cincinnati today. It is a publication by Cincinnati Magazine.

Perdikakis is the CEO & President of Gus Perdikakis Associates Inc (GPA), while Jo Ann is Vice President and Treasurer. The firm is  headquartered in Cincinnati with a regional location based in Los Angeles. He has over 50 years of experience in the engineering solutions and professional staffing services industry. He and Jo Ann founded GPA in 1979 with a staff of 3. GPA has grown to over 350 employees. The firm specializes in quality technical and human resources.

A lifelong member of the Greek Orthodox Church, he served as a member of the Archdiocesan Council. He was elected to an unprecedented six terms as president of Holy Trinity St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, his most recent term concluding in 2010. He  was invested as an Archon of the  Ecumenical Patriarch  at the Ecumenical Patriarchate in Istanbul, Turkey in 1982. He has served as a member of the Metropolis of Detroit Metropolis Council for many years and is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of Hellenic College-Holy Cross School of Theology in Brookline, Massachusetts.

Born in Cincinnati to Greek immigrant parents, Perdikakis has lived in Cincinnati his entire life. Jo Ann has served as his partner in life and partner in business, as Treasurer of GPA since its inception. They have three children, Lynn, Mandie and George and three grandsons, Gus Constantine, William Milo and Henry Apollo.
