Leadership 100 Chairman and Executive Director Meet with His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros

Argyris Vassiliou, Chairman, and Paulette Poulos, Executive Director, of Leadership 100, held their first formal meeting with His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros at the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese on July 22, 2019. Both had earlier participated in his Enthronement. 

In a wide-ranging discussion on the role of Leadership 100 in support of the National Ministries of the Archdiocese, His Eminence presented innovative ideas on  Leadership 100 grants in accordance with his priorities. Vassiliou characterized the meeting as pleasant and constructive and said he appreciated the insights of His Eminence.

During the Enthronement Luncheon at the New York Hilton Midtown, Vassiliou had stated that Leadership 100 looked to  the Archbishop “for the great opportunity to renew our Church and to reaffirm our faith in meeting the many challenges ahead.”  He also stated that “the history of Leadership 100 is intertwined with the Church and its unique history in our nation. We look forward to offering you our continued support as we work for the benefit of our Archdiocese and its ministries and institutions in the years to come.”
