For more than four decades, Leadership 100 has played a defining role in advancing Greek language and Orthodox Christian education across the United States. Through strategic investments in programs, curriculum development, and national initiatives, Leadership 100 continues to strengthen both the preservation of Hellenic identity and the transmission of Orthodox faith to future generations.

Advancing Parish Sustainability: Leadership 100 supports planned giving Initiative. Through the generosity of a Leadership 100 grant, clergy and lay leaders from twenty parishes across the Archdiocesan District recently came together for the inaugural Lunch & Learn Workshop on Parish Planned Giving - marking an important step forward in strengthening the long-term financial sustainability of parishes.

As the organization enters a new chapter under Chairman Michael Bapis and Executive Director Father Panagiotis, the focus on engaging young professionals is both timely and essential. For the Greek Orthodox community, these individuals are not simply participants, they are stewards of the future, responsible for carrying forward the values of Orthodoxy and Hellenism while navigating the challenges of a rapidly evolving world.
